The direction of construction science that is associated with the development theory and practice creating a new generation foam concrete particularly interesting relevant. improved structural using polypropylene fiber industrial waste, namely fly ash (FA), prompted by existing environmental threat posed FA; this result operation fuel energy industry, as well possibility not only thermal insulation, but main material for load-bearing structures have certain level responsibility. aim work was to create optimize recipe technological parameters produce non-autoclaved (FFC) FA component. study used standardized methods assessing properties FFC, method optical microscopy analyze characteristics material. It has been revealed replacement cement in an amount 10% 40% helps reduce dry density (DD) FFC. lowest DD recorded samples FA. best results compressive strength (CS) flexural (FS) were FFC instead cement. increase CS 12%, FS 23%. insulation terms resistance freezing thawing, maximum decrease conductivity 14%.
